Delivery Coverage
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas, through trusted courier partners.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Delivery Time
- Major Cities: 2–4 working days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 working days
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or high order volume.
Shipping Charges
- FREE Delivery on all advance (prepaid) orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Standard delivery charges apply based on location
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Order Confirmation
- COD orders will be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not received
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.
Failed Deliveries
- If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery
- Repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation
